Regular Price

  • Immigration medical exam including required labs: $380
  • Immigration medical exam if your insurance covers the required labs: $270
  • Optional immunity test for MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella), Varicella, or Heptatitis B, if uninsured: Add $40 for each test
  • K Visa holder, who needs vaccination verification only: $180
Even if you do not have insurance, you do not pay at the lab test center (Quest). Instead, you can pay online at your convenience during your I-693 process on this website, or you can pay at the office when picking up the completed I-693 form in a sealed envelope.
 

Other Costs (At Outside Facility)

  • Immunizations: Immunizations are covered by most insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, pay to the pharmacy or the clinic where you receive the immunizations.
  • Chest X-Ray (required only if your Tuberculosis screening test is positive): Chest x-ray is covered by most insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, pay to the facility where you receive the x-ray.
  • When you use your insurance for these lab tests or x-ray, there may be a co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible applied. If this is the case, you pay the co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible directly to the lab test center or x-ray facility.

Special Cases

  • If the screening test for syphilis comes back positive, an extra charge of $80 for a confirmation test will be incurred.
  • in the case that you require referral to a specialist for further evaluation or treatment (for example, HIV positive applicant), an extra charge will be incurred depending on the specific case.
  • Aborted case: If you do not wish to proceed further after you finish the lab tests, $100 administration fee for insured applicants, or $250 administration and lab fees for uninsured applicants will be incurred.
